Capabilities
- Topic filters accept the standard
+and#wildcards. - Negotiates MQTT 5.0 or 3.1.1 with the broker.
- Connects with TLS and a username and password where the broker needs them.
- Passwords stay in the agent's environment on your machine.
Limits
- The broker must be reachable from the machine running the agent.
- Topics starting with
$, including$SYS, can't be subscribed to. - Retained results can be incomplete on brokers that deliver them late.
- Last Will and Testament can't be set.
